This project involved creating a school database using both SQL and MongoDB to manage structured and unstructured data effectively. The SQL database handled relationships among entities like Students and Courses, ensuring data integrity with well-defined tables and queries. MongoDB was utilized for its flexibility in managing diverse student projects and extracurricular activities. This integration enhanced data retrieval times and user experience, providing a comprehensive solution for the school's data management needs.
This project involved designing a comprehensive database system for a hospital to efficiently manage patient information, staff records, and medical histories. The Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD) included key entities such as Patients, Doctors, Appointments, Treatments, and Medications, with clearly defined relationships like one-to-many and many-to-many. The database was normalized to reduce redundancy and ensure data integrity.
